Richard has over 30 years of corporate experience. An electrical engineer by trade, Richard is a leader with extensive experience in process engineering and managing large multi-million dollar capital projects. As a long time people leader, he has extensive background in recruiting, hiring, and developing key retention strategies that he brings to his work as a mentoring consultant.
Mary has 8 years in Learning & Development leading Enterprise Programs on Global Talent Management teams and is an experienced mentoring consultant. Prior to teaming up with MentorStrat, she led a reverse diverse mentoring program for one of FORTUNE® Magazine’s 2021 ‘World’s Most Admired Companies', earning her the ChangeMaker of the Year award by their mentor software partner.
